The grey salt from Guérande is still hand-harvested using wooden tools, in order to preserve its organoleptic characteristic.

We have added some slices of black truffle to this extraordinary sea salt and the result is a versatile condiment, excellent to season all your cold and warm dishes, such as pasta, risotto, eggs, omelettes, meat fillets, barbecue steaks, meat carpaccio, fish tartare, cheese potatoes, salads, vegetables, sushi and foie gras.
