NATUR PUGLIA

This artisanal company comes from “the heel of Italy,” Puglia, one of the most charming regions in Southern Italy. Authentic, genuine, and delicious, Natur Puglia’s baked products tell the timeless story of a land of centennial olive groves and unique grains.

ORGANIC PRODUCTS FROM THE HEEL

Natur Puglia is a boutique company rooted in Puglia. Apulia, as it is known in the US, is a southern land blessed with fertile soil, ancient traditions, and superb scenery, in which you can find monumental, 3000-year-old olive trees. The region, famous for being the “heel” of the Italian boot, is celebrated for its incredible production of high-quality extra virgin olive oils and grains. Natur Puglia embodies the perfect union between these two ancestral products.

FROM THE FARMERS TO YOUR TABLE

Specializing in bakery products, this artisanal company strongly believes in the chilometro zero philosophy, rigorously using organic, local, traceable, and low-impact ingredients. Natur Puglia adheres to the farm-to-table credo, collaborating with local farmers and millers to create delicious taralli. Real food, real taste: you can feel it from the very first, fragrant bite.

TARALLI, A DELICIOUS ITALIAN TRADITION

If you love Italy, you also love taralli, the staples of Italian aperitivi, merende (snack time), or nightcaps. With a texture similar to breadsticks, taralli are crunchy, olive-oil flavored crackers, traditionally formed into rings or ovals. These products are made with Apulian love, using the purest ingredients and traditional processing methods.

THE SELECTION

Natur Puglia offers an incredible selection of sizes and flavors. Always authentic, genuine, and all-natural, the company exclusively uses flour made with locally grown and cultivated grain. Start by sampling the classic olive oil taralli. Extra virgin olive oil, organic flour, white wine, and salt are the simple ingredients of these taralli, which are traditionally boiled before being baked. You could also spice things up with the chili pepper version. For a truly unique flavor, sample the smoky, nutty taralli made with grano arso, or burnt wheat, an ancient Italian ingredient. The extensive selection of varieties includes many other flavors: Mediterranean, onion, multigrain, sesame, spelt, and, of course, pizza. Enjoy your taralli Natur Puglia with a rich glass of traditional Primitivo, a famous Apulian wine, along with hard or soft cheeses and cured meats.
