ARUGOLA Salad with PEARS, WALNUTS and PARMIGIANO

INGREDIENTS for 2 people

 

  • A nice amount of arugula salad
  • 2 pears
  • A handful of walnuts
  • Some parmigiano flakes
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the pears into medium\small pieces and the parmesan into flakes.
  2. In a large bowl mix the arugula with the other ingredients then add a sprinkle of Redoro Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Carandini Balsamic Vinegar.
  3. For more taste you can add a little bit of our whole wheat marine salt by Villa Reale.
  4. This flavorful salad is perfect to be eaten with some fresh bread and its the ideal lunch for any season of the year.
