Rice Salad with Smoked Salmon and Zucchini

 

INGREDIENTS for 2 people

  • About 180gr of Rice Venere
  • 100gr of Smoked Salmon
  • 1 Zucchini
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt

 

INTRUCTIONS

  1. In a pot, cover the rice with water and let it cook for about 45 minutes adding a pinch of salt.
  2. In the meantime cut into small pieces the zucchini and let it cook in a small pan with some Redoro Extra Virgin Olive Oil for about 15 minutes.
  3. Cut the smoked salmon and when the rice is ready mix the ingredients together and serve.
