Flatbread

Piadina, also known as Piada, is a traditional Italian thin flatbread, typically of the Emilia Romagna Region. It is made with white flour, lard or olive oil, water and salt.

Piadina is usually filled with a variety of cheeses (especially the fresh Squacquerone), hams, salami, vegetables but also with sweet fillings including jams or creams!
