Bulgur* (durum wheat cracked) 86.3%, vegetable broth * [salt, corn starch*, vegetables* dehydrated in variable proportion (onion*, celery*, carrot*, leek*, parsley*), rice flour*, miso* (soy*, rice*, water, salt, koji), dehydrated rice syrup*, yeast extract, spices*], toasted pumpkin seeds* (pumpkin seeds*, salt), artichoke in pieces * 2.5%, natural flavor, onion*, parsley*, salt, garlic*, rosemary*.

Preparation and cooking

Cooked weight about 9.52 OZ (270g)

  • In microwave: pour the bag content into a container suitable for microwave cooking, add 1/2 cup + 1/3 cup of water (6.76 fl. OZ) and cook for 5 minutes at max power. Stir and let stand for a while before tasting.
  • In the pot: pour the content of the bag into a small pan, add about 1 cup of water (8.45 fl. OZ) and cook for 5 minutes from boiling over medium heat. Add water to taste.
