Add the sauce, cheese, and toppings you crave. This package includes everything but water. The mix comes with the yeast that is needed to ensure your dough rises well.

White wheat flour, salt, sugar, wheat gluten, malted wheat flour, flour treatment agents, ascorbic acid (= organic) ingredients in the dried active yeast (12g): dried yeast, emulsifier: E491. Made in a factory that handles: soya, sesame seeds and milk.

EASY TO USE - Simply follow the included directions. The mix can also be used in a bread maker and to create calzones, focaccia, and other Italian meals.
