In microwave: pour the bag content into a container suitable for microwave cooking, add 1/2 cup + 1/3 cup of water (6.76 fl. OZ) and cook for 5 minutes at max power. Stir and let stand for a while before tasting.
In the pot: pour the content of the bag into a small pan, add about 1 cup of water (8.45 fl. OZ) and cook for 5 minutes from boiling over medium heat. Add water to taste.
