It is a brown rice whose grains are naturally black. Very nutritious and aromatic, rich in fibers and mineral salts, after being boiled it is perfect for rice salads and risottos or as side dish for vegetables, fish or seafood (crustaceans).
Venere Whole Grain Rice
The cooking proportions are 1 cup of rice for 3 cups of water. When boiling, let it cook for about 30/40 minutes, depending on how firm you like it.Great as a bed for meats, seafood, vegetables, or simply as a side.
