What is better than a simple frittata when you don't have time to cook? Frittata is delicious and nutritious. There are so many variations. Here are our five frittatas!

Zucchini frittata

A delicious frittata is the one with fried or steamed zucchini. Your frittata will be simply delicious and appetizing with this delicate addition. The whole family will love it! 

Potato and scamorza frittata

This easy frittata contains potatoes, scamorza cheese, and prosciutto. You can also bake it in the oven. You can serve it as your main course and an appetizer (just cut the frittata into squares).

Spinach frittata 

Spinach frittata can be made in a pan or baked in the oven. This recipe is light, healthy, and delicious. You can serve it as a main course, as an appetizer or also you can serve it in a sandwich. In addition to spinach and eggs, you will need milk, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and extra-virgin olive oil.

Spaghetti frittata

This dish comes from Naples. It was created as a recycling dish to avoid wasting any leftover pasta from the day before. "Frittata di spaghetti alla Napoletana" is made from leftover pasta mixed with a little sauce, eggs, and grated Parmigiano cheese.

Onion frittata

This delicious classic can be made with any type of onion, preferably the red ones, because they are sweet and delicate. 

Asparagus frittata

All you need to do is bake two identical frittatas between, which enclose stringy cheese and slices of prosciutto cotto (ham). The filling, however, can vary according to your taste. An excellent variation can be sautéed vegetables and cheese.
