Crafted with 7% Italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) and 20% fresh pasteurized eggs, these artisanal tagliolini offer an authentic gourmet experience.

Semolina wheat, 20% fresh pasteurized eggs, 7% Italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), flavoring. May contain soy and mustard.

Cook in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes. Drain al dente and sauté with melted butter and olive oil. Serve hot, sprinkled with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
