Water, egg yolk (20%), Parmigiano Reggiano PDO (milk, salt, rennet), Pecorino Romano PDO (sheep's milk, salt, rennet), summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 2%, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, natural flavor.

Pour directly over pasta without adding cooking water. Ideal for 4 servings. Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate at +4°C (+39°F) and consume within 7 days.
