”Cantucci or Tozzetti” are twice-baked biscuits of the Tuscan tradition. Simply perfect throughout the day, crumbly and even tastier with a touch of genuine butter. The biscuits are oblong-shaped almond traditionally, made dry and crunchy through cutting the loaf of dough while still hot from baking in the oven. They are often served alongside tea or coffee and at the end of the meal with Vinsanto (a sweet wine).
