What Does Cova Pandoro Taste Like?
Cova Pandoro has a soft, buttery and airy crumb with delicate vanilla notes and a gentle sweetness. Unlike traditional Panettone, classic Pandoro contains no raisins or candied fruit and is typically served with a generous dusting of powdered sugar.

Wheat flour, eggs, butter (milk), sugar, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), whole milk, cocoa butter, salt, brewer’s yeast, natural vanilla flavor, artificial flavoring (vanillin).

Vanilla powdered sugar sachet: Sugar, wheat starch, natural vanilla flavor.

Contains: Wheat, milk and eggs.
May contain: Tree nuts (almond, pistachio, hazelnut, chestnut) and soy.
Keep in a cool and dry place at a constant temperature.

How to Serve Cova Pandoro

Serve Cova Pandoro at room temperature and dust generously with the included vanilla powdered sugar before slicing.

Enjoy it on its own or pair it with espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, mascarpone cream, fresh berries or vanilla gelato. For an elegant holiday dessert, cut the Pandoro horizontally into star-shaped slices and layer with mascarpone cream or chocolate.
