Filotea Chilli Pepper Fettuccine combines traditional Italian egg pasta with the gentle heat of chilli pepper.

Produced artisanally in Italy, the pasta is slowly dried at low temperatures for at least 24 hours, giving it a rough and porous texture that helps sauces cling to every strand.

The chilli adds character without overpowering the pasta, making these Fettuccine versatile enough for tomato sauces, seafood, vegetables and lighter white sauces.

Durum wheat semolina, wheat flour (00 type), eggs (27%), chilli pepper (2%).

May contain molluscs, soybeans and msutard.

Cook for approximately 5 minutes, or until al dente.

Pair with arrabbiata sauce, garlic and extra virgin olive oil, shrimp and cherry tomatoes, sausage and peppers, or a simple tomato sauce with Parmigiano.

For a lighter dish, toss with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley and a little lemon zest.
