Made from Tonda Iblea, Nocellera Etnea and Biancolilla olives, this blend of unfiltered extra virgin olive oil delivers a rich herbal aroma and smooth, peppery (piccante) finish. Delightfully green, flavorful and buttery, it is especially delicious with soup, salad, fish and pasta. The low acidity also gives it a higher smoke point than other oils, making it ideal for the preparation of sautéed and fried foods.
Tonda Iblea. Referred to as the "jewels of Sicily", Tonda Iblea olives originate from the sun-drenched hills of Monti Iblei.
Nocellara Etnea. Cultivated on the majestic slopes of Mount Etna.
Nocellara Messinese. Native to the sun-soaked coastlands of Sicily, these olives create an oil that gleams in golden-green splendor with delicate notes of fresh herbs.
Biancolilla. Widely cherished across western and central Sicily, the oil from Biancolilla olive is a delicate masterpiece, unveiling layers.

Giannavì embodies the unique cultural blend that defines Sicily, and TUSSI's olive oil honors this rich heritage.
