Key Product Features
Pasta Mancini Spaghettoni are a thicker and more substantial version of traditional Italian spaghetti, created for pasta lovers who appreciate exceptional texture, flavor and a perfectly al dente bite.
Mancini Pastificio Agricolo produces its pasta using durum wheat grown directly in the company’s own fields in the Marche region of Italy. Because every harvest is different, each production reflects the distinctive character of that year’s wheat.
The dough is made with only durum wheat semolina and water, then shaped through traditional circular bronze dies. This creates a lightly textured surface that allows sauces to cling beautifully to every strand.
With a diameter of 2.6 mm, these Spaghettoni are noticeably thicker than classic spaghetti. They are slowly dried for 44 hours at temperatures between 96.8°F and 114.8°F, helping preserve the natural aroma and flavor of the wheat while maintaining an exceptional texture during cooking.
Their bold shape makes them an excellent choice for creamy, tomato-based and meat sauces.
