Key Product Features

Giusti 3 Gold Medals Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is a rich and velvety Italian balsamic created from a historic family recipe developed by Riccardo Giusti at the beginning of the 20th century.

Produced from sweet, sun-dried grapes, this premium balsamic vinegar offers intense aromas of plum jam and red fruits, balanced by delicate notes of honey and vanilla.

Its smooth, dense texture and harmonious sweet-and-sour character make it exceptionally versatile. It can be used as a finishing condiment for savory dishes, cheeses and meats, but also with fresh fruit, gelato and desserts.

The balsamic is matured in wooden barrels and enriched with aged balsamic vinegar drawn from Giusti’s historic series of antique casks, adding depth, complexity and a long finish.

3 Gold Medals vs. 4 Gold Medals

The 3 Gold Medals is rich, sweet and velvety, with pronounced notes of plum, red fruit, honey and vanilla. It is versatile enough for both savory and sweet recipes.

The 4 Gold Medals is more intense, deeper and more complex, with stronger notes of aged wood, tobacco and roasted coffee. It is best used sparingly as a premium finishing condiment.

3 gold medal balsamic vinegar is dedicated to the ancestor who created the recipe at the beginning of the 20th century, it is obtained from sweet, sundried grapes. The aromas and flavors of plum jam and red fruits intertwine with hints of honey and vanilla in a considerably dense and sweet product. It is perfect as a fresh dressing for various savory or sweet dishes. Aged in barrels, with the addition of aged balsamic vinegar extracted from a series of centuries old casks.
