This product has a delicate and sweet taste that makes it ideal in the preparation of antipasti and bruschetta and it's great cooked in light sauces and fish dishes.
The datterino Tomato is a true concentrate of beneficial substances: vitamins C and A, B1, B2, B6, E, H, K, and PP, Raw or Cooked. Compared to other varieties of Tomato. It has a higher sugar content which can reach 12° Brix.

Bio Orto has mastered the art of promoting simple Italian products and bringing them to the table of US consumers.
