Sicilian pesto made exclusively from basil, parsley, garlic, a pinch of chilli and then the bold addition of Sicilian Pdo pecorino which creates an intensity of flavour and scent.
Basil 45%, sunflower oil, “Pecorino Siciliano PDO” (milk, rennet, salt) 4%, potato flakes, sugar, wine vinegar, salt, garlic, parsley, hot pepper, acidity regulator: ascorbic acid, lactic acid.
It can be used with a plate of pasta, or as a delicious bruschetta topping. Also perfect as a side accompaniment to salami, cured meat or for a cheese board.
