Spaghetti al pomodoro
Italy's most beloved dish is also perfectly vegan! Pasta al Pomodoro is not a dish like others: it is the quintessential image of Italian cuisine in the world. In other words, it is an icon! The good news is that this dish is effortless to prepare, and it is delicious. Here are some easy tips for a memorable pasta al pomodoro. Heat some extra virgin olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat; crush a couple of garlic cloves and add them to the oil; cook it and stir until the garlic is golden brown (it takes about 5 minutes). Now add some peeled tomatoes and a can of tomato sauce. We offer you an excellent selection of sauces. You are spoilt for choice! Cook this sauce over low heat. After about 20 minutes, your sauce is ready. Add your pasta (cooked "al dente"), toss over medium heat for a couple of minutes. Your pasta is ready! Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
Pasta pomodoro e olive
Pasta with tomato and olives is a simple and delicious dish. Just add some black or green olives to your sauce to give this pasta a special touch. The process is simple. Add a good handful of olives to the sauce while cooking, letting them cook with the tomato puree for about twenty minutes. The olives will give a delicious twist to your pasta. As with the previous recipe, we recommend sautéing the pasta with the sauce for a few minutes. This way, the marriage between pasta and sauce will be perfect and creamy.
Pasta al pesto
If you love pesto, we offer three alternatives to the traditional recipe. Vegan pesto is the cheese-free alternative to traditional Genovese pesto. Vegan pesto is also ideal for lactose intolerant people, as it does not contain any form of dairy products. It is simply delicious. Cheese in the original recipe, can be replaced with three alternative ingredients: tofu, macadamia nuts or yeast. Taste and texture will surprise you, making it almost "impossible" to distinguish between this and the original. If you don't want to waste too much time working in the kitchen, we recommend this strictly vegan delicious pesto. How to make your pasta? Just cook your favorite pasta, pour some pesto in a large bowl, add some tablespoons of cooking water and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Mix it and add your pasta (cooked "al dente").
