Rice Salad with Smoked Salmon and Zucchini
INGREDIENTS for 2 people
- About 180gr of Tenuta Margherita Rice Venere
- 100gr of Smoked Salmon
- 1 Zucchini
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- In a pot, cover the rice with water and let it cook for about 45 minutes adding a pinch of salt.
- In the meantime cut into small pieces the zucchini and let it cook in a small pan with some Redoro Extra Virgin Olive Oil for about 15 minutes.
- Cut the smoked salmon and when the rice is ready mix the ingredients together and serve.
