- 1 cup (200 grams) of Rummo Angel Hair
- 2 tablespoons of Bio Orto Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Bio Orto Butternut Squash Sauce
- Sea Salt & Black Pepper
- Fill a large pot 3/4 full with water; bring to a boil. Add a couple tablespoons salt and the Angel Hair pasta and cook according to the package directions.
- Heat 2 tablespoons evoo in a large skillet over low-medium heat then add Bio Orto Butternut Squash sauce and 2 tablespoons hot pasta water.
- Stir and let the sauce cook for about 8 minutes covered.
- When the pasta is ready, add it to the condiment, sprinkle some black pepper and serve!
