ARUGOLA Salad with PEARS, WALNUTS and PARMIGIANO
INGREDIENTS for 2 people
- A nice amount of arugula salad
- 2 pears
- A handful of walnuts
- Some parmigiano flakes
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Cut the pears into medium\small pieces and the parmesan into flakes.
- In a large bowl mix the arugula with the other ingredients then add a sprinkle of Redoro Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Carandini Balsamic Vinegar.
- For more taste you can add a little bit of our whole wheat marine salt by Villa Reale.
- This flavorful salad is perfect to be eaten with some fresh bread and its the ideal lunch for any season of the year.
